At the moment we do not offer returns or exchanges however if you receive a defective item please contact me with your order number and picture of item.

Occasionally, weather, glitches, & other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipping delays. This is especially common during peak season.

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive: 

1. Verify the order was placed with the correct address by checking your order or shipping confirmation emails. 
2. Call your local post office to see if they may be holding your package there.
3. Contact us if you still are unable to locate your package.
